Payment terms

01Entry fee

The entry fee is $260 per team, not per player. It covers one team of 7 players plus up to 3 substitutes, so a maximum of 10 players.

It's paid in one full payment. There's no deposit and no instalments.

02How to pay

You don't pay anything when you submit the registration form. Once we review it, we'll message the team captain on WhatsApp to confirm your registration and send the payment details.

You can pay by:

• Whish
• OMT
• Cash

Once payment is received in full, the captain gets a Statbox link to join the tournament and the community.

03Payment window

The tournament is limited to 16 teams, and spots are first come, first served, based on who pays first.

Your spot is confirmed only once we receive your full payment. Registering alone doesn't reserve a spot.

Payment must reach us in full within 7 days of our WhatsApp confirmation. Teams that haven't paid in time are removed and their spot is released.

If all 16 spots are filled before you pay, your team is not confirmed, even if you're still within the 7 days.

04Refunds

If your team needs to withdraw, the refund depends on when you cancel, counted from the moment you paid:

• Within 24 hours of payment: 100% refund ($260)
• Within 72 hours of payment: 50% refund ($130)
• After 72 hours: no refund

To cancel, the team captain just needs to message us on WhatsApp.

05If El3ab cancels or postpones

If we cancel or postpone the tournament for any reason, every team that has paid gets a 100% refund.

06Prize

The winning team receives $1,500, paid in full, in cash, right after the final game.

07Tournament rules
